Mr. Bhargava is a law graduate from Jindal Global Law School, a tier one private law school in India. He is working as a Founding and Managing Partner. His areas of interest lies in Corporate, Civil and Criminal Laws. He did his graduation from Delhi University. Currently, he is handling legal matters in Supreme Court of India, High Courts of various States, different Tribunals, Regulatory Authorities, Boards and District Courts of Delhi and NCR. Several times, he had appeared for Government panel of NCT of Delhi, Delhi Development Authority, New Delhi Municipal Council, North Delhi Municipal Corporation and BSES at the Hon’ble Courts.
Mr. Bhargava is a law graduate from Northcap University, Gurgaon. He is working as a Managing Partner at PASS & Associates, LLP and had dealt in matters pertaining to Arbitration Law, Negotiable Instruments Act, Civil Matters etc. He has appeared before SDMs, District Courts of Rewari, Consumer Forum, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, Assessing Officer, Income Tax Commissioner and represented esteemed companies. He has enrolled himself as an Advocate at Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. Now, he is currently practicing at various High Courts and District courts of NCR.
Ms. Bhargava is master’s in business administration and specializes in finance and marketing world. She handles the position of General Manager. She did her graduation from Institute of Rural Management and Mahaveer College of Commerce, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
